Of all the components we supply to you, we offer a free RMA period of thirty days upon shipment date, if you can find any quality defects. That is, should any quality defects situation occur, we guarantee to recall the parts we have supplied to you. The Customer Service/RMA department will assess the information, review all the quality test report, information you provided us and give the final authorization to return merchandise. Parts will be inspected and tested by Tomson upon receipt. If parts are found to be in working condition as your side mentioned in the quality return document , We, Tomson will recall the part back at the part’s expense without any hesitation.
